Lambert won the 200 meters and the 110-meter highs and 300 intermediate hurdle races in Phillipsburg's triangular split with Montgomery and Franklin on Tuesday.

While Lambert is the top-ranked athlete in four boys events in the region, Easton's Colin Abert is the No. 1 ranked athlete in three -- the 800, 1,600 and 3,200.
