The Saint Francis cross country team finished their season with five members of their team receiving all NEC Honors this year.

The Saint Francis competed in their final race of the 2021 season in the ECAC Championships at Van Cortlandt Park in Brooklyn, N.Y.

The cross country team traveled to Bethlehem, Pa. to compete in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship Meet on Friday, November 12th.

The men and women's cross country teams competed in the Northeast Conference Championships on Saturday, October 30 at the Stanley Quarter Park in New Britain, CT.

The Red Flash cross country team competed in the Aubrey Shenk Cross County Invitational.

The Red Flash finished middle of the pack in both the men's and women's brown races in the Paul Short Run this past weekend.
